Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information is collected when you visit gateguide.co.in or buy any of the books GATE CSE 2027, GATE ECE 2027, GATE CE 2027, GATE DA 2027, GATE EE 2027 and GATE ME 2027 — Deep PYQ Analysis & High-Probability Question Bank books, and how it is used.

What we collect

• At checkout: the email address you type on our checkout page. It is used to email you the download link. Your browser also keeps it in its local storage on the checkout page so the field is filled in next time; you can clear it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
• When you pay: Razorpay collects the details it needs to process the payment, such as your phone number and payment method, and tells us your payment ID, email address and the amount paid.
• When you message or write to us: your WhatsApp phone number and name, or your email address, and the contents of your messages.

Card, UPI and bank details are handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment processor. We never receive or store them.

How we use it

• To deliver the book, and to send the free updates you ask for before the February 2027 examination.
• To answer your questions, resend a book whose download failed, and return an accidental double payment.
• To keep the sales records that the law requires.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not send marketing from third parties.

Services that process it for us

• Razorpay processes your payment under its own privacy policy. Its checkout script, loaded on our checkout page, may set its own cookies to run the payment securely.
• Cloudflare Workers runs our download service. When you pay, it receives your email address, payment ID and the book you bought, and stores them with a count of downloads (Cloudflare KV) for 30 days, after which they are deleted automatically. The PDF files themselves are stored in Cloudflare R2.
• Resend sends the email with your download link from books@gateguide.co.in, under its own privacy policy.
• For the online test series, Cloudflare Workers also stores your payment ID with the branch you bought, and, for each test you submit, your answers, score and time taken, so you can see your results again. These records are deleted automatically after 31 March 2027. While you take a test, your answers and the time left are also kept in your browser's local storage so the test can resume if the page reloads.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you send us. We keep those messages and your phone number to give you support.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

This website

The pages are served through GitHub Pages, and the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; these services may record technical data such as your IP address when you visit.

To see how many people visit and which pages and buttons they use, the website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies and does not identify you: it records the page address, the page you came from, your browser and device type and your country. Taps on buttons such as “Buy now” and “Free preview” are counted as visits to short forwarding pages under /go/.

After payment, the confirmation page keeps a small counter in your browser's session storage to limit how many times it retries fetching your download. It is cleared when you close the tab.

This website shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites, and to measure them. See how Google uses cookies in advertising; you can turn off personalised ads in Google Ads Settings.

How long we keep it

Download records are deleted automatically after 30 days, and test series records after 31 March 2027. Payment records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. WhatsApp messages and emails are kept while they are needed to support your purchase, and deleted when they are no longer needed.
