These terms apply to purchases of the digital book GATE CSE 2027 — Deep PYQ Analysis & High-Probability Question Bank (“the book”) from gateguide.co.in, sold by MD ANISH AHAMAD, an individual based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (“the seller”, “we”). By buying the book you agree to these terms.

1. The product

The book is a digital PDF file for the GATE Computer Science and Information Technology examination. Its contents are described on the sales page. No physical copy is sent.

2. Price and payment

The price is ₹250, shown in Indian Rupees on the sales page, and is the full amount you pay. Payments are processed securely by Instamojo. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

3. Delivery

The book is delivered digitally right after successful payment, as set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

4. Your licence to use the book

• You may read, print and keep the book for your own personal study.
• You may not share, upload, resell, redistribute or publish the book or any part of it, in any form, without written permission.
• The book is protected by copyright © 2026 MD ANISH AHAMAD. All rights reserved.

5. No guaranteed results

The book analyses past papers and ranks topics by historical evidence. Its predictions and confidence figures are analytical estimates, not guarantees. We do not promise that any topic or question will appear in the examination, or any score or rank.

6. Independence

The book is an independent study aid. It is not published, endorsed or approved by IIT Madras, IISc Bengaluru, any other GATE organising institute, or any government body. Always confirm the official syllabus, pattern and dates at the official GATE website.

7. Updates and corrections

If a correction or updated edition is released before the February 2027 examination, it is sent free of charge to the email address used for purchase.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the book is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one shown on this page on the date of your purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute.
