Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to purchases of any of the digital books GATE CSE 2027, GATE ECE 2027, GATE CE 2027, GATE DA 2027, GATE EE 2027 and GATE ME 2027 — Deep PYQ Analysis & High-Probability Question Bank books (each “the book”) from gateguide.co.in, sold by MD ANISH AHAMAD, an individual based in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (“the seller”, “we”). By buying the book you agree to these terms.

1. The product

Each book is a digital PDF file for one GATE 2027 examination paper:

• GATE CSE 2027: the GATE Computer Science and Information Technology paper.
• GATE ECE 2027: the GATE Electronics and Communication Engineering paper.
• GATE CE 2027: the GATE Civil Engineering paper.
• GATE DA 2027: the GATE Data Science and Artificial Intelligence paper.
• GATE EE 2027: the GATE Electrical Engineering paper.
• GATE ME 2027: the GATE Mechanical Engineering paper.

Each book is sold separately, and one purchase buys one book. Its contents are described on its own sales page. No physical copy is sent.

2. Price and payment

The price of each book is ₹250, shown in Indian Rupees on its sales page, and is the full amount you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

3. Delivery

The book is delivered digitally right after successful payment, as set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy:

• Immediately after successful payment, the download opens on this website.
• The same download link is also emailed from books@gateguide.co.in to the email address you enter at checkout. It is the same single download, not a second copy.
• Each purchase can be downloaded once, so save the PDF on your device when it downloads.
• If the download fails or the file will not open, message us on WhatsApp +91 70339 35778 with your payment ID and we send you the PDF, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours of your message.

4. Your licence to use the book

• You may read, print and keep the book for your own personal study.
• You may not share, upload, resell, redistribute or publish the book or any part of it, in any form, without written permission.
• The book is protected by copyright © 2026 MD ANISH AHAMAD. All rights reserved.

5. No guaranteed results

The book analyses past papers and ranks topics by historical evidence. Its predictions and confidence figures are analytical estimates, not guarantees. We do not promise that any topic or question will appear in the examination, or any score or rank.

6. Independence

The book is an independent study aid. It is not published, endorsed or approved by IIT Madras, IISc Bengaluru, any other GATE organising institute, or any government body. Always confirm the official syllabus, pattern and dates at the official GATE website.

7. Updates and corrections

Free updates to your edition are available until the February 2027 examination. They are sent on WhatsApp (or by email on request) to buyers who message us on WhatsApp +91 70339 35778 with their payment ID.

8. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected with the book is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one shown on this page on the date of your purchase.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. The online test series

We also sell an online GATE 2027 test series for each branch (CSE, ECE, EE, ME, Civil and Data Science), at ₹250 per branch, on the test series page. These terms apply to it as well, with these additions:

• What you get: online full-length mock tests for the branch you bought, taken in the browser, with an automatic score, analysis and worked solutions after each test. The series for a branch is planned at ten tests; they are released progressively, and every test released for your branch up to 31 March 2027 is included in your one payment.
• Access: your access key is the payment ID of your purchase. It opens your branch's tests on any device until 31 March 2027, after which access ends. Keep the payment ID safe and do not share it; access is for your own personal use.
• Licence: you may not copy, record, publish, share or resell the questions, solutions or any part of the tests.
• Scores: scores and analyses are practice estimates only and do not predict your GATE score or rank.
• Refunds: test series purchases are not refundable, except an accidental double payment, as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
