Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the digital books GATE CSE 2027, GATE ECE 2027, GATE CE 2027, GATE DA 2027, GATE EE 2027 and GATE ME 2027 — Deep PYQ Analysis & High-Probability Question Bank books, and of the online GATE 2027 test series (see its own section below). Each book is a digital file delivered immediately after payment, so purchases are not refundable. Please read the free preview of the book before buying.

No refunds

• A purchase is final once the payment succeeds. We do not give refunds for a change of mind, or after the book has been downloaded.
• We do not give refunds for examination results, scores or ranks, or for topics that do or do not appear in the examination. The book's predictions are analytical estimates, as stated on the sales page and in the Terms and Conditions.

If something goes wrong with your book

• The download did not work, or the file will not open. Message us on WhatsApp +91 70339 35778 with your payment ID and we send you the PDF, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours of your message.
• You bought the wrong branch's book. If you have not downloaded it yet, message us on WhatsApp +91 70339 35778 with your payment ID and we send you the book you meant.

Updates

Free updates to your edition are available until the February 2027 examination. They are sent on WhatsApp (or by email on request) to buyers who message us on WhatsApp +91 70339 35778 with their payment ID.

The online test series

• A test series purchase is final once the payment succeeds, and is not refundable: access to the tests starts immediately. We do not give refunds for a change of mind, for tests not attempted, for practice scores, or for examination results.
• The only exception is an accidental double payment, which is returned in full as described below.
• If your tests do not open, or something does not work during a test, message us on WhatsApp +91 70339 35778 with your payment ID and we fix it or restore your access, usually within a few hours and always within 24 hours of your message.

Accidental double payment

If you were charged twice for the same book or test series by mistake, the extra payment is not a purchase and is returned in full. Message us on WhatsApp +91 70339 35778, or email anish@gateguide.co.in with the subject “Double payment”, with both payment IDs. It is returned within 5–7 working days to the original payment method; your bank or UPI provider may take a few more days to show the credit.

Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled once payment succeeds, because the book is delivered immediately. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no charge is made. If money is deducted for a failed payment, it is reversed automatically by your bank or by Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days; message us if it is not.
