Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the digital book GATE CSE 2027 — Deep PYQ Analysis & High-Probability Question Bank. Because the book is a digital file delivered immediately after payment, refunds are given for the reasons below rather than for a change of mind after download.

When you are entitled to a full refund

Request a refund within 7 days of purchase if any of these applies:

• Duplicate payment. You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Not delivered. Your payment succeeded but you did not receive the book, and we could not deliver it within 48 hours of your email.
• Defective file. The PDF will not open or is corrupted, and a replacement copy sent within 3 days does not fix the problem.
• Not as described. The book is materially different from its description on the sales page.

When a refund is not given

• A change of mind after the book has been delivered.
• Examination results, scores or ranks, or topics that do not appear in the examination. The book's predictions are analytical estimates, as stated on the sales page and in the Terms and Conditions.
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase, except for duplicate payments, which are refunded whenever reported.

How to request a refund

Email mdanisahamad2003@gmail.com with the subject “Refund request”, your payment ID, the email address used for purchase, and the reason. We reply within 48 hours.

Refund timelines

• Your request is reviewed and you receive a decision within 2 working days.
• An approved refund is processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
• Your bank or UPI provider may take a few additional days to show the credit.

Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled once payment succeeds, because the book is delivered immediately. If a payment fails or is left incomplete, no charge is made. If money is deducted for a failed payment, it is reversed automatically by your bank or by Instamojo, usually within 5–7 working days; write to us if it is not.
